Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pork loin.
- 1 cup olive oil
- The juice of one lemon.
- The juice of one orange.
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
- 1 teaspoon paprika.
- Pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Salt.
- First we salted meat.
- Combine all ingredients except pork loin in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Preheat oven at 350 °F.
- Layer meat with our mix and introduce baked
